Creating a consistent brand experience is crucial, and the Inline Help Widget plays a vital role in this. This article walks you through the Design and Language settings, allowing you to tailor the widget's appearance and linguistic presentation to match your site's aesthetic and your audience's language.

Accessing Design and Language Settings

Log in to your Inline Help Dashboard.
Go to Site > Settings > Widget > Design and Language.

Here, you will find a variety of options to customize your widget's design and set the language that your widget will operate in.

Logo

No logo: Select this if you prefer not to display any logo on your widget.
Upload custom icon: Choose this option to add your company’s logo for a more branded experience. Use 80x40 format.

Welcome Message

Enter a greeting or introductory text in the Welcome message field. This is the first message users will see upon interacting with the widget.

Colors

Primary color: Click the color box to choose a color that represents your brand's primary theme.
Secondary color: This color complements the primary color and will be used for accents and secondary elements.

Font

Select a font that aligns with your brand. This will affect the text displayed within the widget.

Language

Choose the Language from the dropdown that your widget will operate in, ensuring it matches the language your audience speaks.

Launcher

Enable Launcher: Toggle this on to allow users to open the widget through the Launcher.
Choose between using the default icon or uploading a custom icon for the launcher button.
Shape: Select the shape that best fits your site's design – circle, squircle, or square.
Positioning: Decide whether the launcher should appear on the left or right side of the screen.
Spacing: Adjust the side and bottom spacing by choosing either the default or custom spacing. If custom, specify the spacing in pixels.

Nudge

Enable Nudge: This feature will display a small, attention-grabbing message to prompt users to interact with the widget.

Text: Customize the nudge message to encourage users to click on the widget.

Timeout: Set how many seconds before the nudge appears on the screen.

After configuring all settings, click the Save button to apply the changes.
